Go with the Kirland at Costco. It meets all the standards and is a lot less cost.

I think a lot of it hase to do with the design of the tank, our camper has a vey shallow tank with some funky baffle thing directly onder the toilet. We had several problems with dumping when we 1st got the camper but have tried different things one at a time to try to make it easier to dump. For us, using the Thetford toilet paper works better.

We switched from the rv paper to Scotts single ply this year and it has worked very well. The tank level indicators seem to be working better than before but don't know if switching paper is the reason.
